I had this terrible nightmare where Greece ruined the beautiful game for an entire tournament...only to do it again in the future. I'm counting on Germany to win their group and kick Greece out of the tournament in the quarter-finals.

So as long as the Spain v. Croatia game doesn't end in a tie, and Italy beats Ireland, then they can move on. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, you always get a yellow card for that. Last season there was one player in an Eastern Europe league (I forget which) who had one yellow card on him, and when he was substituted he took off his jersey while walking off the pitch. The referee booked him the second time and the sub could not be made as he was sent off. Talk about an over-zealous referee.

This, except I started watching in '94. I'm glad Balotelli was substituted, the final would be immensely more boring had he been sent off.
