Awesome record shop. You will definitely find what you need here; whether it is a used CD or new LP. Great selection of music DVD's as well. Also, go here to find out about local concerts that are happening. Awesome staff as well.

Tons of crust/thrash 7' to dig through, used bin is small but almost always has a gem. New lps mostly punk-indie-dyi re-issue. Some local comic zines, plenty of patches, t-shirts and local cool shit!

This is the store I go to in the OKC metro when I want to dig deep and find something a bit more unique. The guy who works there and I assume owns the place, is incredibly helpful. Wide selection of all genres. Very good for punk and related genres, probably because there is a popular punk/hardcore venue next door. I have purchased a lot of really old jazz stuff there, for which they seemed to have a good selection. The places is kind of a mess in the sense that there are records all over the place when I've been there, which kind of adds to the charm. Fun to dig through and find some really weird shit. Check it out.

I've only been here once because I was just visiting Ohio but they vinyl selection is absolutely overwhelming! An entire basement level devoted to new and used vinyl! Pricing is pretty standard. Because there is so much inventory it can be very easy to get confused in here. The only problem I had was with parking. There might be other spots available but I had to park at a meter, which expired because I was not anticipating spending so long digging here! Fantastic store! Will definitely visit again if I am in the area.

My favorite record store. Not a huge selection but what they have is guaranteed to be great. I try to visit this place at least twice a month and it's over an hour drive. The owner Travis is super nice and helpful. Will order anything he doesn't have that he can get his hands on. Oftentimes what I am looking for will be in-stock, but I will leave with something I had never heard before entering the store. A recommendations if you tell him what you are interested in. I have yet to be disappointed when taking home a random recommendation from VGR.
One thing you cannot beat is the CHEAP CHEAP prices! I have YET to find a record store (online or physical) that sells vinyl this cheap! He sells LPs for less than what a label is asking BEFORE shipping. The used selection is so full of gems you could easily lose a paycheck before you realize it. He cleans all of the used records before selling them, so you know they are in good condition.
Overall what it lacks in size, it makes up for with heart, personality, and consistency of terrific records!

They stock a decent amount of new LP's of all genres. Large selection of used vinyl. They will special order and track things down for you. Good record store day stop, they have refreshments!

Best place in America for metal or hardcore records hands down. However their rock section is bulky and uninteresting. If you're into CD's they also have a ridiculously even larger section for metal and hardcore.

Love this shop. My favorite in the Southeast Michigan area. The employees are awesome. They'll go out of their way to find what you need. They also sell tickets to concerts with no fees. It's a little far from where I live but it's worth the drive.
